Who we are
YSG Group is one of the most diversified indigenous conglomerates in the West African sub-region with its operational headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. The group consists of 8 companies with consolidated interests in Transportation, Hospitality, LPG/Industrial Gas, Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Dredging and Quarry, Healthcare, Information Technology (IT), and other business ventures. These interconnected companies have created an entity managed as a single unit through an organisational system. The group started with the transport division; Young Shall Grow Motors Ltd, which has grown to become a household name in the transport and logistics sector in Nigeria and the West African coast. Other companies in the Group include; Rockview Hotels Ltd, YSG Global Energy Ltd, YSG Properties Ltd, Vinee Gas Ltd, YSG Dredging and Quarry Ltd. Paramount Life Care Ltd, and YSG Solutions Ltd. Since inception the group has experienced geometrical growth on account of their consistency and quality of services rendered. YSG Group is a Multi-Billion Naira conglomerate working tirelessly to reach new heights in all their endeavours. The group employs over 10,000 staff across its subsidiaries. The group was founded by Chief (Dr.) Vincent Amaechi Obianodo (MON) who is currently the Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The operations of the group are under the management and supervision of the Group Managing Director, Mr. Obiora Obianodo and other Managing Directors; Mr. Kenechukwu Obianodo, Chiedozie Obianodo and Chuka Obianodo.

The management of the Rockview Hotels chain , led by its Managing Director, Mr. Obiora V. Obianodo saw the financial and economic potentials in investing in Eko Atlantic. The company acquired a choice property measuring 31000 square metres where it intends to build the 5-Star facility to be known as Native By Rockview, its flagship hotel consisting of super luxury rooms, suites and apartments. A 3D design of the proposed hotel has been approved and construction is expected to commence in 2022 while its completion date is set for 2023. The proposed hotel is designed to offer a mixture of class and luxury to its guests as it is strategically located and close to the highbrow Victoria Island.

10,000 MT Capacity of LPG Tankfarm
The Group’s investment in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sector, Vinee Gas Ltd has been responsible for bringing cooking gas to the doorstep of most Nigerians. The recent partnership with NLNG and NIPCO by the company towards exporting LPG to the African continent and beyond is almost coming on stream thanks to the efforts of Mr.Obianodo. He has set up a team to undertake a research into nitrogen gas with the intention that Vinee Gas would soon make it available to users in Nigeria. Other subsidiaries in the Group include Paramount Life Care, a diagnostic centre with state-of-the-art Siemens technology that has gone a long way to redefine Healthcare and Wellness in Nigeria. YSG Dredging and Quarry have been affected positively by the managerial skills of Mr. Obianodo. .
Vinee Gas in 2015 received an award – Best LPG Bottling and Distribution Company of the Year from the Institute for Government Research Leadership Technology and in 2018 won Cooking Gas o;:Company of the Year award from Inside Abuja Business in 2024 will be building her 10,000MT Capacity LPG Depot

Travel to Over 20 African Countries
Young Shall Grow brand. The Managing Director’s passion for safety protocols, led to the introduction and subsequent enforcement of a safe solution device (speed limiter) installed in all Young Shall Grow buses, ensuring that all our drivers adhere to the high way speed limit mandated by Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC). All our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices that make it possible to know the location of passengers and cargo at all times. We also introduced an automated ticketing system, with which customers can book and pay for tickets online. This system known as E-Ticketing makes it a lot more convenient and easier for our customers to buy and book their tickets whenever they want to travel. As part of effort to manage the fleet of vehicles as well as workforce, the company has gone into partnership with leading fleet management solution providers such as Telematics Fleet tracking Solution-India, Bitasoft-India, Neosoft-India, Digiplus-Nigeria, Amcblast Solutions Limited- Nigeria among others. Our Team We have a dedicated staff strength of over 4,000, spread across over 24 states of Nigeria and in 6 west Africa countries with over 58 terminals. In 2029, we have aprojection of travelling by road to over 20 African Countries
